Gave me a invoice for $3,200 for a trans repair, but after it was fixed raised the price to $9,800. They stated it was wrong invoice and that I have to pay. I told them to reverse the truck as they did not quote me that. Now they are charging 100 a day storage on my truck and trailer. they are crooks.
4/21/26 @ 6pm a 6'3" 248 lb black man (me) wearing a bright yellow safety vest walked into the service entrance and stood at the counter. Three employees and a few customers, non english-speaking of course, and not one person saw me or even acknowledged my existence. Either I'm a ghost or there's another reason why they ignore black people here.

This is my first time here, and I’m absolutely sick of having to trek down five flights of stairs—I’ve already come down to the front desk five times just to get my keycard working! The card isn't working at all; I can't even get into my room.
