We have an older LP gas forklift. Our warehouse man reported it had quit running, so I reached out to Ed to schedule a service call. He walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and we solved the issue without him sending out a tech...NO CHARGE! Good group.
Great customer service. Provided constant communication and updates throughout all service tickets. Techs are knowledgeable and were determined to troubleshoot and solve multiple issues we had with a lift truck.

This is peopel cameto fix my forklift and not fixit get my estimate 4000$ for change fuel pump i tol him no sorry and i fix my self problems is just fuel filter and after week his send me invoice for 1,994$ for noting and get estimate for wrong parts
Would not let me give them a 0 stars, 1 year after spending $2200.00 for a Head gasket replacement on my Clark lift truck they had the nerve to charge me $992.00 for Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor button which common sense would have told you to replace when you do a head job. $30.00 in parts and $900.00 labor for less than 2 hours. Bunch of crooks in my opinion.
