I looked at the 4.5 rating and thought good to go! Bad mistake and reviews show a trend of not communicating to customers / failure to complete on or near the timeframe discussed. I should have read the reviews. However, the one week to fix the car that turned into three weeks was the best part of my experience at CTS.
