We have been attempting to get upgrades to our system. It was originally installed 18 years ago, and it was time. That was 1 year ago. The system still is not working nor has any attempt to temporarily fix the situation. Dave Wend is not responsive to calls. Our building is totally unsecure at this point. I would NEVER recommend Cincinnati Time Systems or Defense Systems which is what the company was re-named. BEWARE

I have enjoyed Cincinnati Time through the years. We have grown from a small 50 employee company to over 100 employees and they have helped us every step of the way. The support team has walked myself and my new payroll staff through edits, and adjustments on difficult accruals and points. I have gone through a few different time and attendance software's over the years. Each system that I there is always the extra work of getting the new software updated with all the existing information and all the proper rules. Each time I have moved this has turned into a headache. When I moved to Cincinnati's hosted software there was these obvious hills to climb, but I must say it may have been the smoothest implementation I have ever had.
