Great company. they always treat me great. and always have a solution for us.
I called to introduce myself and the company I represent, asked if there was anyone there in charge of marketing and was told "we don't need anything, thanks" and was hung up on. Not only was this extremely unprofessional but we order steel on a weekly basis and they could have gained a potential customer with us.
Was met with rude, belittling remarks when I called to inquire if they had a certain type of metal I'm looking for. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this type of customer service lost me as a customer and my recommendation to cinci steel.
