I wouldn’t even give one star. This is probably the worst pool company our HOA has ever used. The past few years, our pool is never open at the time it should be. I have had to contact board members who have keys to unlock it numerous times, even as late as 11:00 am when it opens at 9. In the last weeks of summer, where is 90 degrees out, no one has come to unlock our pool today. This company takes care of pools at my husband’s company as well. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst pool management in the 11 years I have lived at my Condo. There is a black streak down the middle of the pool and the chlorine levels are so high, when exiting the pool you can still feel the chlorine on your skin. Spoke to a professional pool retailer and was told the streak is from a combination of chemicals that shoul;d not have been put together. I have been able to swim laps in the past 11 years with my eys open, not now, this is ruining my summer.

There are 2 pool ladders sitting along side a fence. The busy side of Waterworks pool in Norwood has no ladder to get in or out from the main deck. I'm 65 yrs old and can't pull myself out of pool. There are no ladders on this side. But 2 ladders are very close together on the other corner on other side. Ladders serve no purpose leaning against the fencing. The music is broken and not playing.
