Emails haven went unanswered regarding service. Wife called and spoke with someone who took the information and said they would get back to her. It’s been several days, no response. Sad to see what has become of customer service.
Absolute worst service department and company. My daughter called Robby on 1/8/2025 from Columbus, where she lives, and spent 11 minutes on the phone (I have a copy of the call record) explaining that her Alfa Romeo Tonale Veloce, that we ordered directly from Alfa Romeo, and she and Robby went through dates/times for her to schedule her vehicle for service. It was scheduled for 1/29/25 at 7:30am and a loaner car will be ready. She called Robby again this morning to confirm that the loaner will be ready and he said "we don't... read more
