Absolute worst service department and company. My daughter called Robby on 1/8/2025 from Columbus, where she lives, and spent 11 minutes on the phone (I have a copy of the call record) explaining that her Alfa Romeo Tonale Veloce, that we ordered directly from Alfa Romeo, and she and Robby went through dates/times for her to schedule her vehicle for service. It was scheduled for 1/29/25 at 7:30am and a loaner car will be ready. She called Robby again this morning to confirm that the loaner will be ready and he said "we don't... read more

I absolutely love my Alfa Romeo. I wanted to buy a car for my birthday and my sales person, Tina B. recommendation it. Best decision and I am so grateful for her knowledge and commitment to customer service. This dealership is the place to go for the best deal and service.
Easy to schedule. Service, recall and warranty worked performed perfectly. So sad to see this Alfa dealer closing.
