The manager is a doll and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick the best products for my husband, son and myself. Took her time and explained why she thought the products and how. Bonus!- it smells amazing in there.
Always helpful, Always have what I am looking for! They may cost more than amazon but are local & I support Local. As for coupons, I get the mailing but forget to bring it as well sometimes, You have to have the coupon with you, it is universal like taxes!!!
The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about her products. I asked many questions too. She was also very patient and sweet with me and my three children.
It's not that I dislike Cinti Natural Foods on Colerain. It's that I get a monthly postcard of coupons & forgot to bring it with me to the store. When I was ready to check out over $60 in purchases they had no way to look me up by name, address or phone number to give me the discount. They wouldn't give it to me & I don't like that.
My entire family has been going there for years. I only write reviews after having experienced a place for awhile with many experiences at the location and interacting with staff. This is because it is far to easy to have one or two bad experiences due to misunderstandings, mishaps or perhaps someone who is just having a bad day and make a general judgement based on that one or two experiences.
