I am very disappointed in Cincinnati Mini service department! For an appointment that was scheduled 2 months in advance (wife's car June 18) it took 2 days for an oil change, brake flush, fuel injection cleaning and a 4 wheel alignment. TOOK 2 DAYS??? There was poor communication with the client and service dept that needs to be addressed and corrected. Best MINI service department on the planet. From Kyle, Ryan, and Christina up front to the techs in the back these guys know your MINI like no one else. I purchased another MINI only to work with these guys. The video overview while your MINI is in for service is above and beyond. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of for anything. They just love customer service and they LOVE the brand.

Recently relocated to the Cincinnati area from Atlanta. Working with Kyle and Christina to fulfill my service needs for my 2012 Mini Cooper Roadster (aka Pumpkin Spice) has been seamless. Still the amazing customer service and work I've come to expect from being a proud Mini Owner!
I purchased a 2020 CPO from mini 1yr ago from this dealer that has a leaking roof problem. I have it on video. I have paid $200 TWICE to have it fixed and they can't find the issue, yet told to bring it in next time I have the issue. Second time shame on me because they don't guarantee their work.
