They hire people who think it’s okay to curse at and be aggressive toward nurses in skilled nursing facilities while dropping off patients. I’m not sure when this became acceptable, however I SINCERELY hope this particular employee at least gets suspended, at worst gets fired. If their staff thinks it’s okay to speak to nursing staff in this manner it makes me wonder how they are speaking to the patients they transport. And yes I do feel like the general public needs to be made aware! Beware!

Didn't put a heart monitor on a patient with heart failure. The driver was cutting off semi's and couldn't back up the ambulance to the hospital. After 15 tries, the EMT got out of the back and took over backing up the ambulance. I will definitely be contacting the owner of the company.
