This company is horribly unprofessional. I set up a payment plan with them and they stopped charging and sent the account to collections instead of actually trying to contact their customer. I never received any calls, emails, or letters that the account was overdue. They are extremely unethical. Avoid at all costs.

They hire people who think it’s okay to curse at and be aggressive toward nurses in skilled nursing facilities while dropping off patients. I’m not sure when this became acceptable, however I SINCERELY hope this particular employee at least gets suspended, at worst gets fired. If their staff thinks it’s okay to speak to nursing staff in this manner it makes me wonder how they are speaking to the patients they transport. And yes I do feel like the general public needs to be made aware! Beware!
