Didn't put a heart monitor on a patient with heart failure. The driver was cutting off semi's and couldn't back up the ambulance to the hospital. After 15 tries, the EMT got out of the back and took over backing up the ambulance. I will definitely be contacting the owner of the company.
CMT moved my Dad several times between Bayley Place and the hospital and they are super professional and on time. Can tell they are mostly fire/paramedics vs. medical Uber drivers
Service group of individuals I’ve ever seen. They can’t even stick to their own schedule.
What an amazing company! I was looking for stretcher transport home for a patient of mine very last minute so they could be at home during their last days and no other company would even entertain my request. When I called I explained the situation and they were so kind and able to get my patient home. Thank you for your help and compassion!
