I always appreciate the attention they give trouble spots, and my older carpets always look great after being cleaned. I highly recommend Cincinnati Maintenance.
Jessie called ahead and arrived earlier than initially scheduled (no waiting for a "3 hour time period"!). Looked over the dryer duct work and proceeded to clean the vent both from outside and from inside at the dryer, not something previous techs who have come to do this job accomplished. Also did not try to up-sell me on lots of additional services. Always good to have confidence we should avoid a dryer vent fire for another year or two.
Cincinnati maintenance did a great job on my floors inside my shop ! I’m really happy with quality of their work. I’ll be calling them to maintain my floors in the future .
