Few stains removed. Most of them still there. Carpet smells like detergent, and I can feel the powder on the surface. Very disappointing.
They always do a great job! I highly recommend them!!!
Jesse was honest, thorough, friendly and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend
Cannot say enough about how wonderful Cincinnati Maintenance is - from beginning to end of service! This is the 2nd time they have cleaned a valuable area rug that was very stained & it looks brand new now! Plus, all the people at Cincinnati Maintenance are an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!
