Was given very little hands on learning exp. Even after I mentioned it to the supervisor. Guys training you essentially make you a parts handler and don't let you operate the machine. Then they dump you off on your own. After one night on my own I get a call Im let go. A waste of 2 weeks.

I've worked at quite a few metal/fab shops since I was 20yrs old. And I say this truly, CINCINNATI METAL FAB has and always will be the best place I have ever worked and spent my time at. It's a family like setting. From the shop floor to the office. Besides keeping the workers pleased/keeping them motivated, our customer is our #priority.
