Absolutely awful customer service. We had incorrect parts sent out TWICE and have yet to see a refund in almost 6 months.
Heading into week 6 of our larger Cincinnati press being down, part took weeks to ship, tech arrived the day they shipped the part so no part for him to install. Part came he eventually came back, said part is bad, another part has been sitting here awaiting a return. This is having a huge ripple effect to many of our clients as we are unable to complete their products. Not sure what happened to the company but this is unacceptable.
