The best. Mike and his team know about these cars saved my son thousands. Stay away from meineke and all these other places. If you have a hybrid they do not know what they're doing. Cost my son a fortune but Mike helped us and got his car back on the road. A thank you to his team. We purchased a 2014 used Prius with 150,000 miles on it and the previous owner had only kept up with the periodic oil changes. It seemed to be a great little car and we really liked it. Took it to Cincinnati Hybrid to get caught up on past maintenance and Mike and the crew went over the whole car.
