My Prius overheated on a cross-country road trip and I happened upon this shop. They got me in same day and inspected the car, fixed the valve causing overheating, and changed necessary fluids. I made the rest of my journey with no issues. These guys were so friendly and communicative the entire way. Grateful I happened to experience this in Cincinnati so these guys could help me out! The best. Mike and his team know about these cars saved my son thousands. Stay away from meineke and all these other places. If you have a hybrid they do not know what they're doing. Cost my son a fortune but Mike helped us and got his car back on the road. A thank you to his team. We purchased a 2014 used Prius with 150,000 miles on it and the previous owner had only kept up with the periodic oil changes. It seemed to be a great little car and we really liked it. Took it to Cincinnati Hybrid to get caught up on past maintenance and Mike and the crew went over the whole car.
