The people are friendly and are like family to me. They dont just care about hearing they care about you
I had my previous hearing aids from Cincinnati Hearing and was very satisfied. It came time to re-evaluate my hearing and as a result determined new technology in new aides might be helpful. I received them in good time. They weren't quite right for use with my phone, but a quick trip to the office corrected that. After a little while I determined another change was needed.
