Had an appointment set up for an estimate. They were a no call, no show after I took a day off work. I called and left a voicemail, and go no response. I emailed them and again no response. Maybe try another company before using them. I dont leave reviews usually, but this was not good service.
Mike Pelzel was a professional, personable and skilled installer. He worked alone and completed six windows in a few hours. I am very satisfied and would recommend your company to others.
I was very pleased with Cincinnati Glass Block. Shannon was able to do an estimate and provide me with a quote in less than 15 minutes. Jessie came out to install the glass block windows (5). She did an amazing job. I'm very happy with her work. She also took time to meet my dogs. She communicated with me before she arrived and through every step and answered all my questions.
Huge props to both Jesse and Luke!! What a wonderful team together they knocked out five windows in my basement quickly and cleanly! Great teamwork and a joy to be around. They did a great job and I will recommend them for sure. Thank you Cincinnati glass Block this team is a A+.
