I have been seeing Dr. Hess for quite a few years. During that time, I have been impressed by his honesty, his compassion, his kindness and his ability to explain things so I understand and participate in all care decisions. In urgent situations he returns my calls (and I would never take advantage of that unnecessarily). I would highly recommend Dr. Hess.
