The wait is horrific! Almost six hours from check in to leaving! Dr. Osher (senior) is sooo sweet. Not clear why so long and why they don't prepare you for that. I almost left to pickup my grandson but waited and luckily got there just in time. Six hours is inexcusable for an office visit.
I was at Cincinnati Eye Institute for a Preop review for Cataract Surgery. Dr Osher provided a thorough and informative exam. All of the people collecting eye information were friendly and professional. Everything was well organized. Good experience.
Everything was great I’m glad I’m on the road to get things done.
