This is absolutely a top notch facility!
Very disappointing experience at the Cincinnati Eye (Blue Ash location). This is now our second visit with extremely long wait times and poor communication. During our recent appointment, we waited almost 3 hours without any updates from staff. Eventually, when we asked, we were told the doctor was actually on vacation—yet they had still scheduled our appointment.
