Today, I had a completely unacceptable experience at the Cincinnati Eye Institute location in Blue Ash that I feel obligated to document for you in a formal review. I left my place of work and arrived at CEI Blue Ash at 9:25am for a 9:30am appointment (I had completed their pre-registration process several days before). Unfortunately, I have experienced a systemic breakdown in patient care, hygiene, and clinical competence across multiple CEI Locations. Everyone was very professional. I did not have to wait long at all. Dr.'s were very thurough. I felt very well cared for.
I took my stepmom here since 3-4 months ago from her eye just have bleeding to cataract. Service is suck and waiting too long. Got in 7:20 am and now it 12pm and still not done. If you don’t want get your eyes more worse Don’t come in this hospital!!!!
Came in for a 7:45 appointment and showed up at 7:25. Still haven’t been seen by a doctor and it’s 11:09 currently. You should have beds to sleep in if this is normal.
