I was referred here by another physician for a second neuro-ophthalmology opinion and was ultimately refused an appointment. I was told that Dr. Hanson reviewed “all 235 pages of your records and doesn’t have anything to add.” This was a day after I was informed that it could take some time for her to actually get my records once they were faxed over and that they still hadn’t received records directly from other providers.
