My mother's purse was stolen from this location she left the "private" room for a minute came back and it was gone it doesn't take a genuineness to guess who could've done it
I got two conflicting messages about my appointment. On Sunday evening I got a notification that my appointment was changed- no phone, call no voicemail. I called during the week to check and confirm my appointment for the original time. I received a text message confirming my appointment would be at 8:00 a.m. I showed up, and no one was there. Felt unsafe and not warned about serious side-effects after eye dilation at my first eye exam ever. I feel obligated to share my experience since I was shocked about how the vision changes after the eyes are dilated. I am even more shocked and puzzled why I wasn't given any advance notice about it. I have perfect vision and no problems with eyes. I was referred by another doctor to check my eyes at the Cincinnati Eye Institute as a preventative measure.
