Happy with the initial installation about 4 years ago and then the recent repair that needed to be done because the circuit board failed. Justin did a great job with telling me he was on the way, getting the job done quickly and explaining what he did. Thought the price was reasonable for what they did.
CD&W has excellent customer service. Not only were they helpful, but I was able to schedule a replacement opener at a convenient time. The gentleman, Lance, who repaired our unit was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for service needs.
Justin the installer was excellent. The door was installed several weeks ahead of the scheduled time in a very professional manner.
