Don’t even try to reach out to work with them. Didn’t answer first two times, finally called me back after a few days and told me they had a team member text me. I hadn’t received a text from anyone. He said okay I’ll have them text you again. Well I still never got a text so I called again the next day and then the guy finally sent me a text. I cannot commend Clifford Hetrick and Cincinnati Design and Fabrication LLC enough. He truly took our vision and brought it to life. The build that was made added so much to our live play. We received numerous compliments and are just so grateful that we had the pleasure of working with them. The customer service and communication was outstanding.
