Cincinnati Dental Services of Florence Ky Staff and wonderful Doctor are professional, courteous, caring and very accommodating to my crazy schedule. I have been very happy with the dental plans presented and accomplished dental work with no pain. Great Job !
The front staff was great for the one star. The assistant wasn’t very clean and the Dr pushed on my teeth too hard. I was in more pain that evening then when I went there.. coming from someone that had seen a family dentistry for a long time who had retired I thought I’d try this place. I would have went back but it really made me uncomfortable when I think about it.
I love going here. Super nice and welcoming. The wait time is almost none. If you have a fear of dentist they accommodate you in a wonderful way. Dr chang is kind and very attentive. The office staff are great
