This man totally destroyed my brand new Mazda CX5. It was taken in for a minor collision in a parking lot. I did not get my car back for a month and door molding started falling off the side of the car (which was "repaired") within 2 weeks. When I took the car to another body shop, I was told the "repair" damaged my car even more. It cost me $7,900 to restore my car. I sent a complaint both to the BBB and the attorney general of Ohio, but the shop owner responded to neither.
It took over a month for a two day job! I did not have a deductible to pay....and in fact, I ended up having to pay over $300 out-of-pocket to the car rental place because the insurance wouldn't cover the full month I had to have a rental. Don't get me wrong Mike, you are a very nice guy so don't jepordize that fact because you got a bad review. Just do a better job next time and better reviews will come. God bless!
I came here to get an estimate and Mr Mike will send it by e-mail and never get it. I called several time and text him. How trust in a place can't make a simple estimate ? Who guarantee get a work done? Please be careful for exactly you pay for get your work done. Thanks.
I will always recommend this auto body shop to anyone that want his/her nightmare to be turn to a sweet and beautiful dream. My new 2018 Civic was hit in an auto crash with an intoxicated driver on the early morning of January 1, 2019. It was a nightmare to start a new year with but thanks to Mike Griffin, he help me greatly with bringing my car back to status quo that no one will believe the car was ever in an auto crash. Mike did an excellent job in taking care of my car! After my collision I was worried my car would be totaled but, Mike did a wonderful job in reassuring that my car could be taken care of. You can't even tell it was in an accident. I was given updates on the timeline when my car would be ready and they went above and beyond on fixing it. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car in the future.
