So, jetz services bought Cincinnati coin? When is the Google map, and name going to reflect the changes? Im NOT thrilled, that they installed new washers. Raised the prices. And now you have to use an app (which must not be compatible with android), to do your laundry
We have these washers and dryers in our apartments and I’m about to make a petition to get these out! Machines are older than me, they break and have to be fixed every single weekend. I have lost well over $100 this past year trying to wash laundry in my complex. Just today all 3 washers I used stopped before the spin cycle so I had to wring out each and every clothing article and pay double the money to dry each load. Went to a different building and 2 dryers were broke! Took 9 hrs to finish 3 loads of laundry. 😡😡😡
Worst company I’ve ever experienced
I’ve been trying to get a refund for 3 going On 4 days now, I have been told different time frames from whoever answers the phone and also the manager. I will be contacting the BBB
