My son has been fighting an aggressive wound caused by an extremely painful staple removal at Central Baptist. The year thereafter has compounded with Staph (MRSA), additional stitches procedure and constant oral+topical antibiotics tough on the immune system. Doctors and nurses are amazing. The billing dept is terrible. I’ve been billed double even after the insurance has paid. Then people in billing/customer service have literally called me a liar and accused me of trying to cheat them out of money. EOB’s don’t lie facts don’t lie. Shane on them for putting families through this
Horrible for autism treatment. Wait lists and doctors refusing to do testing or prescribe medications except antipsychotics.
No communication. Told at by orthopedic surgeon he was going to grab his team and get ready. That was 2 hours ago. I had to ask for an update. Which I was given the same information I had 2 hours ago. Gotta do better. While I wait count over 20 employee hanging out at what I assume is the nurses station.
Won’t do anything without referrals for every single lab or every separate department sent from pediatrician. Want more money for each lab is why. Every evaluation lines their pockets. Their pediatric dental department is an absolute joke. Every dentist says they are accepting new patients. Well maybe they shouldn’t be since it’s a 2 year wait. This is misleading for everyone. Not enough providers accepting Medicaid even after they substantially increased the reimbursement rates for providers so it really is about greed even... read more
