Extremely disappointed with how I feel children's has allowed my child fall through the cracks. Maybe its because she's on Medicaid the reason we have received such poor treatment. My daughter has needed oral surgery since January due her previous dentist at children's being so unprofessional telling my kid to suck it and open her mouth during an appointment and ultimately stating he wouldn't put on her crowns but rubbed on some white sealant knowing full well her teeth were beyond that being valid treatment because that was... read more
The entire experience was efficient. From the valet parking to getting lab work done. It didn’t feel exhausting and the staff were very attentive to our daughter’s needs.
Really bad service in emergency room cuz my baby boy got hurt in his mouth being there from 1pm to 6 pm nobody said anything when I ladies in front desk they said keep saying they got people get more injured than me that not fair really broke my heart how they treating
My daughter-in-law was very recently a patient at your hospital. We are from Delaware and your facility welcomed her with opened arms. Our baby to be was known to have non-functioning kidneys. My daughter-in-law was given the fluids needed for the pregnancy to continue. Baby decided to come earlier than desired. The NICU doctors, nurses, aides and Champlain were amazing.
