4 stars because the parking garage was a NIGHTMARE to navigate. The outside maps are wrong and confusing, and there isnt enough signage to direct us quickly to where we need to go. The STAFF, however, phenomenal. Every step of the way for the awful hospital visit, kind compassionate caring people.
Children hospital is the best hospital. I was in my son’s room trying to let my mom see her grandbaby on FaceTime. I was already feeling dizzy and light headed and of the nurses was holding my son and when I went to let my mom see the baby I fainted and blackout. When I woke up from the fall I mean it was a room full of nurses doctors the chaplain they made sure I was good and safe I love them they not only take care of me but they take good care of my son. Yes I love it here
Great facility, great staff, took care of my youngest when her eye exam turned worrisome and landed us in the ER. From triage to discharge the staff and team were excellent!!
Very caring staff who made my son feel at ease during his time of pain & discomfort.
