My family experienced a health emergency recently and were forced to take our son to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. We were amazed at the attentive care and concern, how advanced the majority of their systems were, the specialty care given by actual diabetes experts, and how thorough the practitioners were. We participated in an education program held at the hospital’s main campus and were amazed at how patient-centric this informative program was made to be. We owe our son’s life to Cincinnati Children’s Hosptial!!!
Definitely a big disappointment in this childrens hospital facility ! Checked in at 3 am and finally got a room at 6am where we sat for another hour ! Not one doctor or nurse even checked my son's lungs or chest or even stepped foot in The room ! To say i was beyond heated is an understatement, I gathered him up and we left ! Definitely will have to be under bad circumstances before I step foot back into this facility....
Absolutely filthy. Mask, gloves, dirty used blankets everywhere. This is how people get sick. Do better. This place is for sick children, why make it worse for them. Instead of security or check in people sitting there hanging out, give them a broom and a trash bag.
Checked in online. Was called back within minutes. The entire team was kind and comforting, incredibly helpful. We’ve been before and had to wait a while because we didn’t preregister for the appointment, but the level of service was the same. They are knowledgeable and I feel that the genuinely care for my kids.
