Do not recommend taking your kids here to the ER! We sat there for 4 1/2 hour to still not be seen by anyone with an eleven month old that had a temperature of 103. We got up and left. They have no cares about children at the ER. Would give them a 0 if possible!

Would give a zero if I could. Called ahead and asked to schedule a test for my daughter. I was told on the phone that I did not need an appointment and that I could just walk in. I drove 45 minutes from the Liberty Campus (because apparently that Campus is just as worthless and doesn't perform the test my daughters PCP ordered) only to find out that they would not perform the test either because the lab that we needed closed at 2pm. Went here on Christmas Eve for an issue with my son. Super pleased with the wait time and kindness of staff, but especially with the NP we saw Emily Evans. She was kind, helpful, clear, and efficient. So grateful to her and all the staff for working on the holidays to make scary trips like this so much easier.
