I need a lot of work done on my teeth. Dr. Patel was very kind and compassionate in explaining the priority we needed to do the work in and she kept asking if I had any questions. I was very relaxed the whole time and feel confident she will fix my teeth perfectly. The whole staff was great!
Straightforward in dental issue I have. Options for treatment to resolve very understandable.
I wouldn't recommend this dentist office. I had been a patient there for the last 15 or more years and this year I went to have my 6 month cleaning and after the fact I was told that my insurance coverage was no longer good there. Heavens forbid you tell me that before the appointment. Needless to say, I got stuck with a $309 bill and a "Sorry About Your Luck" from them.
I have been going to Dr. Tviste for over 30 years and he retired last year and Cincy smiles has taken over . I scheduled my biannually cleaning and went in had yearly X-rays and assessment. The hygienist had terrible bed side manners very unprofessional, rude…. I waited till the dentist came in because they diagnosed a deep clean which requires 2 visits and is not fully covered .
