The environment was calming and made for a relaxing experience. Shelby is amazing! She has a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology and targets muscles that provide relief I haven't gotten from physical therapists. I still have relief the next day when my pain and tension typically would have recurred hours later. Shelby is personable and easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience!
Really grateful I found Cincinnati BodyWork! I have typical muscle tension from workouts, my job, and daily life. My areas of concern are meticulously addressed and I’m given techniques to stretch into and better care for my body.
Loved the ambience and the professionalism of Isabelle. She was great getting all of my right shoulder muscles to relax before my surgery next week on the shoulder.
