I just saw Shelby for my first appointment. She was very knowledgeable, great listener, and a very positive and upbeat person. The office was very nice and cozy, and overall very relaxing. I’m very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend.
The environment was calming and made for a relaxing experience. Shelby is amazing! She has a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology and targets muscles that provide relief I haven't gotten from physical therapists. I still have relief the next day when my pain and tension typically would have recurred hours later. Shelby is personable and easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience!
