They have their google page listed as open 24hrs so when my mom called at 7pm because of an ice dam that was actively dripping into her kitchen during to frozen gutters, the gentleman who answered promptly told her “that can’t be possible, it should be frozen by now” and continued to hum and haw about taking care of the ice damn for her that night.
