I absolutely love this pain mgr clinic!! Great hours! Excellent care and the Staff are kind and professional.
Uncommunicative. Dismissive. Very poorly run office. My first pain management appointment was 4/25. She prescribed a pain medication, neglected to submit pre authorization, and I didn't receive the prescription until 5/2. The refill prescription she sent to pharmacy 5/15, again, required her pre authorization. I left voicemail and sent message through portal. As of 5/27 she had not responded or submitted required authorization. I sent a message 5/29 cancelling all future appointments. This is the first negative review I have... read more
I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Ms Rouse past 12 months or so. She has Always been “on time”, very pleasant, non-judgmental, interested in how I’m feeling regarding my pain issues, and overall, and listens!!! I’m very happy with her care.
