Have given 1 star as can't give 0. Car arrived dirty and with damage when it had no imperfections on the website. Two tyres with very low tread, wipers split, hand brake not good and parking sensors not working. Getting help from Cinch is almost impossible. Should have had a mechanic visit today, have waited in all day (a lovely sunny Sunday) and he hasn't turned up. Not surprised as they gave cancelled several times on us. I’ve had a really poor experience with Cinch after reporting a fault with my car shortly after purchase. Despite raising the issue within the first six months (and Cinch acknowledging it falls under statutory rights), the process has dragged on with no resolution. I’ve had to chase constantly by phone and email, including long calls with their team and the garage they referred me to. I bought a 2017 Golf from Cinch. It looked in very good condition, it wasn't cleaned inside as much as I'd expected and smelt of dogs. No problem I'm used to graft. The car developed a few issues within the 14 day cooling off period. Cinch arranged to have me drop off to my local VW garage as I live a fair way from their own garage. Bought a car that came from a Marshall’s dealership that was roughly 10 months old & had 2k miles on the clock. Car arrived with an extra 469 miles on the clock also with damage to the front & back bumper. Took the car to a body shop who advised it looked like a bad smart body repair was done to the car & that’s why it looked like it did!
