Awful service Aaron Pendrill and the customer service team are useless and the returns team excused delays due to a large backlog (funny that), if you need anything done call them and don't expect an apology or acceptance of any responsibility of selling cars that dont go through any checks and are sold known to have faults, which we have proof of from the original owner we tracked down

I genuinely expected Cinch’s whole “cars without the faff” slogan to mean a smooth, modern, hassle-free buying experience. Unfortunately this turned out to be the complete opposite — without exaggeration, this was the worst car buying experience of my life and by far the most faff I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Selling a faulty vehicle and then trying to argue mileage deductions when it’s returned is breathtaking. Mileage racked up through breakdowns, garage visits and failed repairs is not “use”. The Consumer Rights Act is clear on fairness, yet Cinch rely on technicalities rather than delivering a car that actually works.

I just purchased a car from this company and the process went very smoothly. Rob delivered the car and was very patient - showing us all the features in our part exchange. The car was exactly as pictured with no issues. Would definitely recommend.
