Cinamon is very professional, tentative, knowledgeable and nice. She has been with me during my whole pregnancy and she has always answered all of my questions either during visits or via mychart with patience and an abundance of information. She has a wondeful demeanor and I always feel very relaxed when I visit. Her staff is also wonderful and always very friendly.
I don't have any complaints about the actual doctor or my visits. But, I just had a big envelope mailed to me. It had my name and address on it so I opened it. I was completely surprised to find out that someone else's private medical records were mailed to me. I called the office to let them know about their mistake and the person who answered the phone acted like it wasn't a big deal at all. This other woman's privacy has been breached and it is not okay. Literally the best NP!! Listens to all your questions and concerns and doesn't make you feel judge even if it's a hard topic to talk about!! Absolutely love her and she so fast, not waiting around all day!! Highly recommend her!!!
