Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful, getting us the perfect trailer for our needs. The price was reasonable, and the trailer is beautiful and well built. I would highly recommend CIMR.
We are new to the area and researched local businesses that service lawn mowers. We have two push mowers that we generally get serviced each year. Service meaning, new spark plug, change oil, and clean underdeck. We decided on this local “family owned” business that had good reviews. Upon picking up one of the lawn mowers it was a complete mess. It had been left out in the rain, there was mud and gravel all over the tires and nothing under the deck had been cleaned off. I could not ask for better service. They know my voice when I call because I'm very tough on blades. But they always pick up my Cub, take care of any issues, check the mower out and return clean. I wish there were NASA strength blades for my mower that can handle hidden sand rocks, but will continue to use CIMR regardless. Thanks to all their staff.
