Zach and his crew helped us in a time when we needed it most! After an intense rainstorm, we experienced leaking in the kitchen of our new home. Immediately we called Zach who sent out someone that same day. Pricing was by far the best of all the options we looked at and quality of work was amazing! They were there the next week to fix our roof and when we noticed a small leak again Zach was there at 8pm on a Wednesday fixing it for us and to make sure we were taken care of and happy. We had our roof replaced buy another roofing company and he failed to install the proper ventilation for our roof. I told him about it just gave me excuses and tried to tell me it was my fault. I had two recourses one to sue the other roofer or find someone reputable who would stand behind his work. I reached out to Zack who came out promptly and agreed the house was not properly ventilated. Cimple home was great to work with, Zach was on top of things with answering any questions we had about getting a new roof installed on our home and garage. From start to finish, they were getting work done. Communication was on point, workmanship looks great, we would recommend Cimple Home for any of your home improvement needs.
Cimple Home construction did a awesome job on a 70 sqaure job tore off and put back on in 8 hrs, very impressive quality workmanship, great crew to work with!!
I have had Cimple Home do a couple of jobs for me, my personal home in Montrose, I had a roof done, and my business in New lothrop, they resided the front f the building and awning. They did an outstanding job, the price was amazing, the employees were friendly and focused, paid attention to detail, kept the jobsite clean. I highly recommend Cimple Home for any job. Zach Hall and his crew are exceptional!! I only wish I could give more stars.
