They’re raising the rent, although there is an extreme roach infestation & they’re constantly shutting the water off for days at a time with no notice.. potholes in the only parking lot that are deeper than the sea. The public area’s outside look like they’ve never been cleaned before. with blue pill heads galore at every corner, you’ll never be lonely. I just moved in and I’m burning up in here during the day because they shut off the AC. It’s still 90 degrees and they decided it’s time for the heater to be shut on. I’m gonna have to move before they shut it off too soon again next year.
