They have an office at our property and there is a person there. However, they keep the door locked and never answer the door. I sent a sign request over a month ago - no response. When I followed up on this request the last time, they didn't give me an update....but they did call me back and said they were sending over someone to take pictures inside my space to 'see what I was doing in there'. Incredibly unprofessional. They want to take weeks to respond, but expect me to respond same-day.

Absolutely horrible company. They do not keep the trees trimmed on their property I literally had a tree branch fall on my car in their parking lot while i was sitting inside of it and they refused to do anything about it. Also their employees love to tell your business to others so be aware of that. I would not recommend them to anyone. Just look at how the tree is leaning over several cars in the parking lot and look at the huge branch that fell on my car while I was inside of it. Absolute horrible experience dealing with the greed filled company. Multi billion dollar company refusing to work with letting me have a measly 1500. security deposit back. Said it was a courtesy for letting out early even tho we found the new tenant to pick up where we left. And they then charge the new tenant approx 1500 more a month than I was. Just terrible.

Terrible communication. I have sent out numerous emails requesting clarification on invoices that they are sending that isnt even part of my rent. They are stating that the additional in voices are for common areas but we dont even have any common areas on this property. I have tried to get answers regarding these common areas but no responds. Its very frustrating when the company is unorganized.
