My name is Michael Noonan. I retired from the practice of law in April of 2019 three months after my wife died. I had spent the previous two years with Cimini & Associates, which became Cimini $ Noonan for a short time. The real reason I left the firm is because Mr Cimini engaged in unethical billing practices and encouraged his employees to engage in such practices.
