The 2 stars is because of the food and service. The food is very mediocre at best. For a place like this, you are really paying for the view and ambiance. The view and ambience are 5 stars . The service tanked as time progressed throughout our evening. Several times I had to ask for things and even when it came time for the bill I saw my server Trenton flirting, laughing and wasting time with the hostess. It is very unprofessional of you ask me. Only feedback would be to have cups easier to see when they're empty. But hoky crap that pasta enter took my soul with it
Went here to try it for the first time and was super excited to then being extremely disappointed. I made a reservation since my friend was visiting from out of town and knew it was a busy spot. Do not bother making a reservation because they do not block out their tables here. You might as well just be a walk in. After waiting 20 mins after the reservation time(mind you if i had been late 15 mins, i would have been charged $50) there was no accommodation to move us to the bar while we wait for the table to be ready, nothing... read more
