I wish I could leave negative Star review. I used them over a year before their service went to crap! I guess when they get comfortable they quit caring! It's bad enough how they treated our fur baby, knowing her anxiety issues and it was supposed to be in her chart. But their lack of concern and treatment when I called back to maybe give them another chance, and only because I liked the groomer was absolute garbage!
