Just moved back after being gone for 15 yrs and the park has improved so much, the new manager Ms. Susan, has been wonderful, and very attentive to the things we have needed. I'm so very happy we chose to come back to this area.

I have enjoyed my time at Wvergreen. The property manager Susan is great.
I have liv d here for over 3 years and it has been peaceul for my family and I. We have had a few manager and Susan by far is the best manager we have had. I really hope she is the last. She is easy to talk to and gets the job done around the park.
My husband and I moved into Evergreen Estates in July. I can say from start to finish moving here, Ms. Susan has been nothing but amazing. Whatever we needed to be taken care of she got right on it. Ms. Susan has a vision for Evergreen Estates and I love it. Ms. Susan continue to put your best foot forward and thank you for so graciously welcoming my husband and I.
