The one positive thing I can say is that Cimarron does build pretty good homes. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is better than most builders, so that is a big plus. However, I was generous with the 3 star review for the other issues that you will need to deal with while working with this organization. Cimarron Homes used quality materials (zip system sheathing) with aesthetically pleasing design and colors. Our home has a conditioned crawl space. We have closed this past week so this review is about the buying process. I will update the review as necessary as we go through the warranty process. March 30, 2023, We closed on our new construction home constructed by Cimarron Homes located 2330 Operations Drive, Durham N. C. 27705. I felt a great need to file a complaint about several major defects of craftmanship involving our new home. Currently, the builder haven't scheduled repairs or completed any of the major home defects. I've submitted all work orders to the Builder through emails.
