Purchased our home at Field Crest in March 2025 and are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship. Cimarron Homes did an excellent job building solid, well-designed homes. The one positive thing I can say is that Cimarron does build pretty good homes. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is better than most builders, so that is a big plus. However, I was generous with the 3 star review for the other issues that you will need to deal with while working with this organization. We have been living in our home for three weeks now and just learned that there is high bacteria in the water that will need to be treated. Cimarron Homes used quality materials (zip system sheathing) with aesthetically pleasing design and colors. Our home has a conditioned crawl space. We have closed this past week so this review is about the buying process. I will update the review as necessary as we go through the warranty process. Overall, Cimarron is the type of company I prefer to work with: good quality, fair price for what we got, smaller company allowing easier communication with a smaller team.
