I have worked with Cimarron for a few years. The guys are always polite and helpful to residents. Nathan is responsive to my requests and those of our residents. I would recommend them to HOA's.

If you're looking for a company that will show up when they say they're going to or answer your multiple attempts to reach them - definitely look elsewhere. Wish I could give 0 stars

I have called the owner multiple times. This is the 4th time they just haven’t done my yards even though they are auto drafting payments from me. Told me last Wednesday someone would be there by 2 pm and it’s 6 days later and no one came. I find out from renters how high the yard is. He won’t return my calls or texts. Then after hours of waiting for some kind of reply I told Nathan to cancel my service THEN he wrote me back telling me he was canceling on me. This is a joke.
