I had a bill of $139 in November 2025 & $350 in the month of December. I called Cimmeron to inquire about this and the lady states the weather was in the 30's for several days. I told her we were in the state of Texas and then she said well if you have the heater on 65 it still runs . I told her we do not use the heater much and she started to look at my usage but then told me to look it up on the app and told me my last years bill was $292 so that's why it's high. The absolute worst electric company on the planet. Charged me over triple for 4 years then went back to normal. Cut me off in 4 degree weather with grandkids and and old woman onoxygen. Never paid me back never apoligized and now im shut off again cant get to town.worstethis old grandmother has ever been treated. 15.00 a day charged for a 2 bedroom trailer with a well that was broken two years. Posting after a good ol Oklahoma wind and hail storm, but I’m quite thankful for this electric company! We have lived in their service area for almost four years now, and we have lost power (completely) once I can remember! And it was restored quickly! Any other time “it goes out” it’s just a flash and comes right back, I even remember once they sent guys out to cut tree branches back from the lines.
