Had a tornado come through last night and knock the power out. News was reporting tons of lines and poles down. As of 10:30 am the next day power is already back up. They really take care of their customers and get you back up and running. Appreciate the hard work !
I had a bill of $139 in November 2025 & $350 in the month of December. I called Cimmeron to inquire about this and the lady states the weather was in the 30's for several days. I told her we were in the state of Texas and then she said well if you have the heater on 65 it still runs . I told her we do not use the heater much and she started to look at my usage but then told me to look it up on the app and told me my last years bill was $292 so that's why it's high. The absolute worst electric company on the planet. Charged me over triple for 4 years then went back to normal. Cut me off in 4 degree weather with grandkids and and old woman onoxygen.
