Unbelievably poor service and infrastructure. I was a patient for many years with 0 issues. There was one basic mixup where I think a prescription did not show up at my pharmacy and I was charged for it. I just requested the transaction be corrected. As a result I was discharged and completely stonewalled from receiving any further treatment from any of the facilities under this association. CIMA is an excellent care center. Erika Hurt is smart, a listener, and her diagnosis skills are very accurate. I have had a great experience with all staff and they do everything to treat patients with care.
I don't have many problems here. I see Kristal and Chris Farnum. I been going for 7 years. They're much better than the pharmacy that is there. It's nice there is a sparrow lab there.
