Dr. Jordan has. Been great.
This office has terrible customer service and the receptionists are unfriendly. Scheduling is inconvenient for working families and appointments after 4 are hard to come by. They refuse to see you if you are 10 minutes late, yet they cancel appointments and then can’t get you rescheduled for 3 months out. Prescription refills are a nightmare — you have to call the refill line and they are in no rush to get it sent into your pharmacy. They do not approve pharmacy requests, even if you have refills left. Go elsewhere!
I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Kidwell for almost 10 years. The staff is professional and Dr. Kidwell is the best DO I have ever had. He pays attention and listens, and he is not afraid to try different approaches to your condition.

Unbelievably poor service and infrastructure. I was a patient for many years with 0 issues. There was one basic mixup where I think a prescription did not show up at my pharmacy and I was charged for it. I just requested the transaction be corrected. As a result I was discharged and completely stonewalled from receiving any further treatment from any of the facilities under this association.
