I’m a new patient here and they have honestly been great from the front desk girl Diana to the medical assistants and the nurse practitioner they are all super sweet and helpful and answered any questions I had they made my process coming here so smooth I would definitely recommend for any of your Obgyn needs thank you all!
Edit: dr bassil is one of the best OBGYNs ive had. He listens to me and understands me. He knows im desperate for relief and maintains his patience with me. He is very straight to the point which I personally love. I love this clinic. It is a handful of staff members which gives off a less corporate vibe. The staff members were very friendly. They are a little slower getting back to me when I call, but I know they only have so many people working here.
All the way up to recently I thought they were great. I had an appointment I’m informing them I won’t be able to come that day. Even tho it’s only been twice they usually respond and understand now all of a sudden they turn around and act as if you didn’t inform them. On top of that they don’t answer anymore and keep calling me but when I call back it says the office is closed at 8:46 in the morning ? lol ok well I’m not calling no more problem solved I know what hospital to go to if I need anything. I had such a positive experience during my appointment and truly felt cared for every step of the way. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. My doctor was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me.
