Highly do NOT recommend. If you want a doctors office that actually cares for you and your birth journey don’t come to CIMA. Awful experience from start to finish with the CIMA staff. The midwife Katie is the most tone deaf out of touch person we’ve ever come across in the medical field. We prayed that her shift would end before our child was born and THANK GOD that was the case. I had such a warm and extremely comfortable experience with this clinic. When I first called the receptionist was so polite and patient. I told her I wanted to have an earlier visit for an annual Pap smear and she called me back a week before my appointment to let me know an appointment spot had opened up. When I arrived everything was so smooth and professional. (This clinic is very clean which also made me extremely comfortable). I will never go back to this place waiting time takes 2 hours even though you have in appointment i was waiting they let me wait with my baby in the car for 2 hours because they don’t allow me to be with my wife and my baby
Don’t recommend Took my wife here for blood test had to wait 2hrs even though we had and appointment l.We where supposed to have our results 2-3 days later it’s been 2 weeks.when we called to see what happened they said you don’t call us we call you . That was a week ago we called again and they said their nurse will call us when she has time. If I could give it a 0 I would
It’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t called me about my results. I call and they say we will call you. Or the nurse will call in 10 minutes once she finishes with this patient and as I’m typing this it’s been an hr . A call takes like no more than 10 minutes to share results….
