Dr. Ciliberti didn't want to do my tubal ligation because I had an IUD. I no longer trusted my IUD so I still wanted the tubal. Instead of just refusing to do the procedure, Dr. Ciliberti scheduled the surgery. I wake up from surgery barely awake from the anesthesia and the doctor comes over, tells me I had too much scar tissue and he couldn't get to my tubes for the tubal oh and btw, I also removed your IUD so now you're not protected from pregnancy at all.
