Terrible experiences! On one job, our neighbor called to tell us that when we weren’t home 4 of Cilia’s workers untied our boat and took it out to go fishing. On another job Mr Cilia said he would do the job, put us off over and over , then ghosted us with no response to calls or texts. The work needed to be done prior to cold weather and now it’s not possible to find someone else in time. Do not, I repeat do not, get involved with them.
I can’t say enough good things about Cilia’s Group! From custom carpentry and painting to floor refinishing, every aspect of their work was truly exceptional. Unforunately I will no longer do business with this company. I had 2 different appointments for consultations and both times the morning of the office called and said the owner needed to cancel due to other appointments he had. You never can get anyone of the phone when you intially call, and after leaving several messages they finally decide days later at there convience to call you back.
