My first appointment at Cilia left my brows looking like a million bucks. Still, I cannot recommend this salon. I had to cancel the night before my second appointment because I had been exposed to Covid by my fiancé; we'd been together all weekend and the entire day of the positive test. I reached out to reschedule as soon as we saw the test results. Last week, I was lucky enough to receive a newer brow technique, nanobrows, with Amber! I have been following Amber’s business ig @ciliabrow for some time now and I’ve always been fascinated by all of her work! I have CONSISTENTLY struggled with my eyebrows being so sparse- I could never leave the house without filling them in (so much wasted time and money).
