Service and brows were amazing thank you once again
I booked a lash appointment with Celia Lash Academy and paid a deposit. On my confirmation screen, I was given a location to go to — when I arrived, that address had clearly been closed for years. I then searched on Google and went to their new listed location, which was also closed. There was nobody inside, and it looked abandoned. I tried calling the phone number provided. amber is great and she's my go to for brow threading! she's super sweet and does a great job every time i cant rec this place enough
Why are we not allowed to put zero stars? This is truly a buyer beware post. I booked with Amber… even though her most recent reviews complained about missed and cancelled appointments. She canceled my appointment the day before, never replied to requests to reschedule and has help my deposit for weeks without retuning it. I made an appointment for Amber to do my daughter’s eyebrows and another person did them instead. She cut my daughter on both eyes and did a bad job. I dropped my daughter off and wasn’t there to speak up for her, because I would never allow someone I don’t know to touch either one of our eyebrows. Amber is the only person I would allow to do any service for me.
