Why are we not allowed to put zero stars? This is truly a buyer beware post. I booked with Amber… even though her most recent reviews complained about missed and cancelled appointments. She canceled my appointment the day before, never replied to requests to reschedule and has help my deposit for weeks without retuning it. I made an appointment for Amber to do my daughter’s eyebrows and another person did them instead. She cut my daughter on both eyes and did a bad job. I dropped my daughter off and wasn’t there to speak up for her, because I would never allow someone I don’t know to touch either one of our eyebrows. Amber is the only person I would allow to do any service for me.

I booked an appointment three days in advance and paid a deposit. Fifteen minutes before the scheduled time, I received a text from Amber attempting to reschedule—with no apology. She then stopped responding entirely. I arrived to find the business closed: doors locked, lights off, no signage or notice. They had ample time to notify me or make alternate arrangements, but chose to do so at the last possible minute. Lashes were done by Amber and she did an amazing job - instant confidence boost & I loved them. Also, it’s nearly a few weeks later and they are holding up very well! I highly recommend! Update: After I booked my last appointments months back she messaged me several times to change it and eventually stopped responding. I had already paid a deposit for my next fill, but she essentially disappeared. Wouldn’t recommend for these purposes.
