Cilantro's carne asada is the star of the show; it's consistently delicious and keeps me coming back. The service is excellent, and despite being located inside a gas station, it feels surprisingly like a real restaurant. My only observation is that the portions can be inconsistent. On my most recent visit, my carne asada bowl had very little rice and beans but a lot of sour cream and salad.
